Luggiano wines
Evviva, Governo all’Uso Toscano, Solare, Ideale and Tenace are the wines I am producing in my farm Luggiano, in Vinci, Tuscany.
I am convinced that good wines shall have three necessary ingredients: the ground, which defines the territoriality and thus the character of wine; the climate, that controls the annual quality, healthy quality grapes, produced by healthy plants together with an accurate work in the cellar (professional but not intrusive), in order to enhance the characteristics of the wine without changing its nature.
Governo all’uso Toscano was born from a special technique used in Tuscany, it consists in a refermentation for the addition of dried grapes. Solare is my favorite, for its unique taste and its intense aromas. Chianti DOCG, which comes from Luggiano historic vineyards, according to the ancient recipe of Chianti, which involves the use of even a small percentage of white grapes. Tenace is the Chianti Riserva DOCG,
