Tuscan IGP Extra Virgin Olive Oil

A true olive juice: this is how our Tuscan PGI Extra Virgin Olive Oil, certified by the Protection Consortium, is born.
On our farm, production follows a careful and controlled process. The olive groves are cultivated according to the principles of organic and sustainable agriculture, with respect for nature and the Tuscan territory.

The olives are harvested by hand directly from the tree at the optimal stage of ripeness and processed within 12 hours of harvesting in a certified mill for the processing of organic olives.

Cold extraction preserves the aromas, nutritional properties and quality of the fruit.
The oil is then filtered and stored in temperature-controlled stainless steel containers, to ensure freshness and quality over time.

ICONA OLIVO

Our Tuscan PGI Extra Virgin Olive Oil is certified by the Consorzio di Tutela Olio Toscano IGP and subjected to rigorous chemical and sensory controls recognised by the Ministry of Agricultural Policies.

Produced in the heart of Tuscany, it stands out for its very low acidity, between 0.1% and 0.3%, and for its high polyphenol content, precious natural antioxidants that make extra virgin olive oil one of the key elements of the Mediterranean diet.
